Last week after Family Home Evening Morgan asked if she would be able to do it next week. So on Sunday I helped her find and activity to do for FHE, she choose a Bingo game. So I got it all ready yesterday for her and all was good until she lost :( She had us do two rounds of just a bingo line and then wanted to go for blackout, well it all came down to one square that both she and Tom needed the samething to win. So then we thought that Addison and I would pick a number between 1 and 20, we picked 10 and they tied with their numbers choices, so then we picked another number and daddy happened to win that round. Needless, to say FHE was over, Morgan was ticked. (Maybe it would help to know that the winner of the game got the rest of the peanut butter M&M's as the prize.)

It just reminded me off all the times Mom and Dad said how hard FHE was sometimes. I am sure this is the first of many FHE's that are not going to turn out the way we planned. Thanks, Mom and Dad for doing FHE anyways.

Morgan's Africa Report

As most of you know Morgan had to do a report on Africa. We got lots of fun things to show her class from Nana and Papa. Papa even let us take the Big 5, I can't believe he let it out of the house. Morgan did so well, I filmed it on my camera but, it didn't turn out that well. So when she brings her poster home I will try it again. The only bummer about that is that it won't be the real thing. She remembered all the things that Nana had told her about the pictures that were on her poster board. She even remembered to tell her class that her Uncle Mark travels to the Ivory Coast a lot. I think she said that a couple of times. We are not proud of Uncle Mark at all. :) The kids really like the video of the elephant, they thought is was really funny when they heard Mark say "He's a beast!!" Morgan even wore her sweater from South Africa. Thanks, to all those that helped us out. We love you!!

Here we go, Morgan is picking up speed! Faster and faster. This was great fun. Sleds, snow, little sister, cousins and more cousins. Morgan loves doing things with family. It sure looks cold out there. It was cold out there!!!!!

Boxing Day 2008!
This was Addison's first sledding experience with her big sister and cousins, Kaden and Olivia. The Hacketts, Lius and Arensaults were all there. What a great family activity. All the Wilsons were missing, "some of you" were basking in the sun and swimming in swimming pool in South Africa.

This is for my family in South Africa. Everyone else as seen me walk. I am at Nana and Papa's house and someone forgot to close the bathroom door. There are lots of fun things at their house. The Christmas tree is up, WHAT FUN. Hannah and I were playing with the bells on the tree and we love the Christmas music box. By the way I FINALLY got some teeth, two at once. Love, Addison

UTAH UTES WIN!!!

I know that what I am about to put on our blog could possible get us disowned from the family. But, as many of you know I live with a die hard UTES fan!!! Tonight they beat TCU and will possibly be in the bowl championship series. It was a great night at our house, for our dad, we even had our neighbors that are fans call and make sure that we had seen the game. We have had our Utes flag flying high in the yard today.(Like it does everytime they play.) I hope that this message will not cause any nasty comments on our blog. (yea right) Love you all.

LIFE HAS BEEN CRAZY

I know that we have had our blog for a week now and it still looks the same, I have been meaning to post some more pictures that I have taken resently. It has been crazy at the Hatch house these last few weeks, I had the opportunity to substitute Morgan's class for a few days. (it was interesting). I had a good time. Then Tom was home on a Saturday which all of you know is very rare at our house, so of course we took advantage of that. Then, for 3 days this last week I got to substitute one of the 6th grade classes at our elementary school. I am loving teaching even though it is just substituting. Then, I had all of the t-shirts and hoodies come that I had ordered for our school and had to get those out, the weather is perfect for hoodies right now. PTA sure keeps me busy.
Enough about me, the girls are doing well and Morgan is looking forward for Halloween. She and I got out the decorations over the weekend, it is fun to see how excited they get over pumkins and scarecrows that light up. Addison is sure moving right along, everyone tells us that she will probably walk in no time. I am not ready for that, they grow up to fast.
Now that things have slowed down for us this week I am going to get some pictures posted, so look for some changes. Love you all.

MISS ADDISON CATHERINE

This happy little face came as a late Christmas present December 27, 2007. It is hard to believe that she has been a part of our family for almost a year. She is a very busy little girl and loves to follow her big sister everywhere. Addison gets very excited when Morgan comes home from school.

Morgan loves monkey's and hanging from trees. Morgan loves just being outside. She likes to play with her friends. Riding her bike and scooter. Morgan loves to play soccer, she has played on the same team for three years. Swimming is her favorite summer activity. This summer her cousins were here that live in South Africa and they did a lot of swimming, went to Kangaroo Zoo, they even hiked up Stewart Falls in Provo Canyon.
